It's really good place for freshers to start in. Lot of work if you really want to learn and grow. Work culture is really nice. You can literally explain your concern to any person in the company and they will listen to you and do something about it. Really good teammates and micro management is not there. Fast paced work environment but they still give you time to get familiar to things.

Dislikes

Appraisals are less compared to your peers. They don't have cafeteria. Activities other than work is very less. Accessories are not good given that they are Tata brand.

It is pretty good. Depends on the person, if you want to work late you can. If you finish your work on time you can carry on your day. It depends on the estimation given by you.
