Teammates are very helpful & our Team leader also. I'm a field engineer so work environment is also in field. Innovation is everywhere because you have to plan to save your fibre at any cost if you can't then at least damage you can go through but then you must have plan to pulling and plotting the cable for tends to zero damage considerable. There is no work life balance because its an emergency work situation and in terms and conditions we sign there before confirming that 24×7 working hours principle so no issues with work life balance....Read More
