Manager behaviour way of talk is not proper No respect for female staffing. Rude & toxic words used while training time & regular days of work, More improvement required related to female safety by providing fix working hours & Pick & drop facility. Which is not available. Break facility also not available, as manager always tried to do only work even in lunch time he noted time which is not exceed more than 20min, no tea time or other entertainment activities to refresh mind from continuos working from system. Tcts is a great organization to work with. The policies are very favorable to employees. Salaries are on time. The benefits to employees are innumerable. Hybrid work policies

The hikes are less. Variable pays are usually less, better to go with Fixed salary and forget the variable part. No bonus on diwali or new year. Promotions aren't as easy as they seem. Some places like South have regional biasing which is against Tata policies, yet it completely depends on the mgmt you are workibg with or team leador manager you are working under. Yet if you get a good team and a good leader, TCTS is really good to work on a long term....Read More
