Likes

Tata work culture, ethics and value system. HR policies and rewarding failure while attempting for innovation. I LOVE TATA.

Dislikes

A few Sr Managers and Bosses who do not gel with the Tata culture and have altogether a different belief system. They are autocratic in their approach.

TCL provides a wonderful value based work culture with focus on work ethics, innovation and productivity.

Dislikes

Compensation may not be the best in industry but freedom of decision making is great. People love working with TATAs. However a few self proclaimed talented bosses must be critically evaluated by their bosses who eventually harm the company culture.

Work Details

Worked in different capacity including CEO of a JV (Irish company). Liked and enjoyed every position like sales, marketing. Business development and New product development etc.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
