I did not like anything in Tata Capital. The supervisor is arbitrary. Everyone listens to what the supervisor says. There is no value for the employee. The supervisor has a lot of value. I was fired because of the supervisor even though it was not my fault. I had gone home on a weekly off.

For work life balance it really depends on your team. Promotions and appraisals happen based on who was in spotlight more, rather than the capabilities of employees. Almost every work here is done via vendors, so the IT team is just a bunch of Project managers with little bit of SQL knowledge. It depends on the department, SME-CV-WEST department is all about toxic people who just wants to sit relax and shout at lower level employees who are completely undertrained and expect them to over perform. Asking queries and doubts are not entertained it feels like government offices process
