So before applying for the role of hr executive think on it there is no job security at all if you work and achiv targets still they not value you. I was with icici lombard where when I put the resign the chif manager of Lombard directly took me into the meeting room to discuss about the same but in tata capital having bad people sitting over there who only safe their seats don't care others.
