The Tata is big banner. Nice office infra. Good incentive slab. Good product and policy .

There is lot of politics in regional level, people above the branch are more interested in maintaining there position then in business. Branches far away from Indore should be given more attention, because the branches near Indore do not get any kind of help, It take 1 to 2 month to match. There lack of coordination among various department . Here the business has its own targets of credit and its own targets of sales , for the same things. There is no minimum time prescribe for disposal any file, It is inconceivable to blame only the sales department for decline in business due to repeated resignation and repeated reviews of credit person.
