There is no work life balance. Even if the company is under Tata group there is nothing as work life peace. If you join TCHFL be prepared to compromise on all public holidays. If there is weekend off then sales team takes approval from the HR to make any public holidays falling within the week as normal working day with assurance ofcompoff however no compoff is given after that.
