There is no work life balance. Even if the company is under Tata group there is nothing as work life peace. If you join TCHFL be prepared to compromise on all public holidays. If there is weekend off then sales team takes approval from the HR to make any public holidays falling within the week as normal working day with assurance ofcompoff however no compoff is given after that. There is no Gazetted holiday off last 2 Sunday is also not off. They give the pressure on last weekend. If they should do the work on starting week instead of last week off or other holiday then employee gives good numbers This is the way there is not longer sales person in the organisation for short term is gud but there is no longer time will spent.

Not good bossism, training session, even joining formalities is also poor not give proper guidance.
