Good work environment and culture. Teammates and supervisor are supportive and the management is transparent. There is big cafeteria and gaming arcade for mind relaxation. Company policies are good, appraisals are fare

Food is not good, bus timings may to change,

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Most of the skilled and efficient staff are recruited from thirdparty Payroll. Higher Management response is poor and very late. Tata Brand only, apart from that mid range level companies have good culture and system than this.

Variation between onroll and third party Payroll staff., they treat Payroll employees like robots and they didn't give any credit or respect to Payroll staff.Think 10 times before going in to third party payroll in this boeing company
