In TATA Advanced Materials limited, I have a very spiritual and jovial team lead and teammates. I had learnt many ideas which makes my career better. It is a place for learning and a safe work environment even for women.

I think in case of any mistakes the staffs working inside has no job security to overcome their position.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
