Job security is better,Medical policy is better, company follow environmental flows.

Dislikes

No career growth for diploma holders, worst salary structure for employees those who join after diploma. Very less salary increment structure, All policies are same instead of payments policy for same company located at different position.

Unsatisfied life with lot of workload having poor payments policy. Zero career growth for diploma holders with less packages.
