No respect for shop floor people and also no value for existing people not matter how you are working.one deploma person joined there is no scope for growth as per market standards.

Work life balance is poor. Company work time was from 8.30am-6.20pm/ 5 days. For NPD, you might need to extend your day-however thats how this role works!

Good that you can learn lot of new things and understanding technical concepts is much easier as data for all aspects are available and good document procedures are in place in every key areas.

Dislikes

Not a great company for a experienced personnel, You need to join at 40+ age and stay there. Completely process oriented company where process is just a norm and doesn't find its full effectivity. SOP, process excellence is another time consuming things.
