Increments are not good in the company. Bonds and agreements are placed to lock the promotion in the company.Workers are targeted by asking about any problems in the company. According to the Tata code, everyone should have the same rules and benefits in the company, but it should not be like that.Many people who have worked in thisorganization for 10 to 12 years are leaving.
