No idea about job security,because I work with Franchise store,work culture and management is good. Work environment is also nice.Company policies are good but sometimes it looks bad somewhere. I don't know why? Over all experience is good.I would like work with direct payroll in Tanishq.If I get the chance.

In Tanishq Manufacturing department is very lazy with work. They take too much time to product delivery lead time.Too many procedure to take the order.I feel Manufacturing department is very poor.And so many rules in transaction or customer related procedure.If company makes the rule.
