Very poorly run company, totally dependent on mall rentals and flat maintenance, very poor reputation among township permanent residents most of them feel they have been cheated. Severe cash flow issues, don't want to pay vendors, staff salaries. Their policy keeps changing to suit themselves, as long as they don't have to pay money. Whenever things get confrontational, the owners quickly switch off mobile phone.Revolving door policy. Very high level of attrition, practically 100% staff changes in 3-4 months. You are expected to bear travel expenses (approved by the company on official visit) from your pocket and when it comes to claiming the same, they find all the excuses so as to not pay you. They don't have any travel arrangements for staff. Your first salary itself will be paid on the 25th of the next month, so they always have a buffer of 1 month +, so if you want to quit , you sacrifice your 1 month + salary and forget your F&F. They have a huge amount of staff/labour litigation against them and use their contacts to still keep running and hoodwinking staff....Read More
