I have learnt a lot here. Management is good and cooperative. Highly communicative supervisors that help a lot in achieving the targets. I would suggest to go with this company .

Dislikes

Felt extreme pressure. Was not able to manage work life balance. I am a working mom that is why it became hectic for me else it is really a very good company to work with. I liked my tenure here.

This is the only thing that I missed here. I felt very less work life balance

Likes

The colleagues and managers are very nice and supportive. Good learning experience as working on the top clients. Salary is always on time and good incentive plans. Regular offsites, parties and trainings.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
