Worked for eight months. Good company with good incentive structure with average part of job security, career growth and satisfaction but freshers like me can join to know about recruitment because they'll mentor you... Apart from this if you want to work with more requirements with different clients, it is not the right place...

Dislikes

Politics and Internal misunderstandings between teams and management. Stress creaters. Lacks in managing the managerial pressure by putting that whole over the employees head.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
