1. Work from home is the biggest advantages, no travel hectic. 2. If you are lucky you will get new projects and will work on new technologies.

Dislikes

1. Taksa is totally dependent on MCF Technology Solutions, it is a Puppet of MCF. 2. NO Job Security, since it offshores MCF projects, if MCF does not like you, you will be thrown out. 3. NO Team, NO Seniors. 4. No company culture, no management to speak you, only owner. 5. On Work front, you will only support existing projects, andwill never get a change to work with clients. 6.
