Specifically for Takraf India Pune. Offers less salary and appraisals compared to other MNCs. Should build up and improve on corporate culture and do look after betterment of employees otherwise overall good company. If offered good salary hikes as per Educational Qualification to fresh employees then productivity could go beyond expectations. Also should conduct Training and Field visits for the employees.
