Management decisions and discussions. No protocol followed. Doing whatever they want by saying lean organisation.

We are sorry you feel the way you do. We are in a business where agility and flexibility are critical to servicing customers and thus decisions may be difficult to understand. The soft tech market and global inflation like for many companies has forced us to operate efficiently with less but we do pride ourselves in following protocols and standards established.
