Company is very good BT in my branch (CHENNAI plant) management is very poor. I don't think that they want to develop company or upgrade to next level.

Dislikes

In Takata there they don't consider skill level for promotion they only see how many years of experience someone had. Tamil speaking people are first considered for get chances of promotion/opportunities.
