Joined Ambani school in 2003 as a Hindi Teacher. Enjoyed working with very enthusiastic, experience, co worker in such a department. School send me for IB and IGCSE work shops. Salary increment and appraisal is being done yearly according to school policy.

Dislikes

Compensation decent, being in language especially hindi department individual growth is slow and importance given to foreign languages as usual. At times work pressure become too much and hectic.

Many activities or assignments, assessments and sometimes holidays on particular day where you miss classes becomes difficult to finish syllabus.
