This is Japanese company, have different working style, Company have agriculture related product, made by high rated machinery with unique Technic simple said such advance plant in India. There have good opportunity to learning and company have different atmosphere, culture.

Dislikes

There are daily travelling and after that submit online report must which consume 2 hours, this was difficult to do which do differ from personal life.

Work Details

This is new company in India and have expensive product as compare to other companies. This was big challenge for me to sold the product in market during the competition. After putting more effort i make dealer network in desire location.

Worse ma management by MD. Dont have manners to talk. Harrsement in terms of working hours, traveling and tour bills. Don't join this company. It is better to join on distributor payroll rather than Taiyo.
