I had a very great experience. As it was my first school job, I learnt so many new things. The whole staff is very helpful. In addition, the management group of the school is excellent.Work pressure was also not very high.We all worked happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation was less and there was not much scope of growth.There are 7-8 people in top level management so here they lack unity of command due to which everyone had to suffer in staff.It sometimes lead to conflicts too.

Work Details

Teaching is challenging and fun at the same time. Teaching Children,Motivating them,taking their doubts,giving test,evaluating them, maintaining records and much more. I always enjoyed doing this.
