I want to thank TAFE for giving me a opportunity to work as GAT for a year.

Dislikes

They treat trainees very badly and for GAT's there is no proper skill development programs, especially in production dept GAT roles are worst. Quality dept is bit good. No proper worklife balance. Only reason that I completed a year is just because of money which I was badly needed at that moment. TAFE management seriously needs to focus on employees work life balance.
