Only Work Life Balance is good in Company

Dislikes

Lala Culture, VIP culture. If you are not in higher management you will be considered as nothing. Appraisals and Retention: Its all depends on your Boss or Godfather nothing matters what you achieve in KRA. People got promotion even in 6 months if you having a hand of Godfather on you. Annual increment is nothing. Management is happy to hire new at higher salaries but don’t provide justifiable salary to current employees.
