Many Things, No training for skill development, Not a good increment, promotion timing not fixed, No personal life balance, Come on time but can't go on time without boss permission in DCD, Even need to seat without work, Boss will handover work at 5 or 5:30, when you are planning to leave office. Can't plan for a vacations because planed leaves not allowed. need to save your leaves for emergency.
