Intially as it was my first job after graduation which taught me various skills like leadership, management, sales learning, technical skills and other experiences. Along with this, Tafe provided me an amazing platform to develop field working skills, customer management and dealer/channel partners management.

Dislikes

Saying like dislike is not as such, but life is not meant to stopped at a single destination, so growth and development is necessary to learn about skills and grow up along. Compensation and incentive are quite decent, as per growth it's a bit slow. Seniors and colleagues are good as teacher.

About my work- it's like I am looking after Agro-Industrial Sales through Dealer/Channel Partner's for 3S Method( Sales/ Service/ Support), as an Junior Manager( Area In-charge).My work involves enquiry generation, MIS handling, Customer Handling& etc.
