If you don't want to do something in your life, then this is the best industry to work. You will be paid and appreciated if u don't work. It seems to be surprising what I am writing. But it's true. Highly political environment and dirty politics can be learnt in easy way.

Lower management like operators are well equipped with knowledge and experience and they are the only people who are managing the show.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
