Employee centric company, care for individual and opportunity to show case the talent. Fun at work and motivated team, the management are really works for the betterment of the company. Diverse background can happily work in the company.

Dislikes

Pay scale is really bad well below the market level. Reward for good work could be still be better. Partiality seen in promotion and pay-scale, Growth preference given to TAMILIANS, Politics is at the top level, lower grade worker can happily work.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
