Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Very good working environment. Beautiful campus with lot of plants and trees.its so refreshing to see the greenery campus. Excellent infrastructure. Teammates are very supportive. Good management. Good cafeteria. Very Good n large ground for sports. Our Chairman is very dynamic and supportive. Appraisals are good and they give good hike.
