Systra sai group is good and best skills development platform in my life. And regularly employees query solve and company culture is best all time. This company regularly pay sallary and other Benefit pay time to time so company also goods rules.

Dislikes

No other problems but employees any project close then employed no other opportunities and hiring other job so this is big problem for employee.

Job Security is good and people are friendly for the most part. Projects are great. The office environment is friendly and your colleagues and seniors will support you and back you up if you make a mistake. DISLIKES (due to word limit): There are individual design teams with own respective leaders but all of them have to listen to one person at the end. Their individual views don’t matter. This is a company where you feel like upon your resignation they are happy to get rid of you and won’t welcome you back. No one bothers to give you a proper send off. The senior management even taunts you that your contributions did not matter. They treat their staff like labour and curse them if they leave. You do not feel welcomed to join again in the future (in all the bad elements of the company, this is what actually hurts the most.) Nevertheless, in 2021-2022 a lot of people are resigning. If the company wants to stay long in the market, they should revise their policies, compensate deserving employees and treat employees like assets not work dogs on a leash that you can whip and make them work for long hours and only give them a tiny bit of bread. If you are a dedicated employee and like to work in your field you’ll see that only people like you who have the skills are given the work and the rest who are useless have all the free time to have tea breaks, play games on phone, and sit in the cafeteria for half of the day. I have rated the job se curity as 5 star but the company should fire people who are of no use. Terrible work management which results in continuous rework and is essentially a waste of time. Almost all the high positions are filled by the wrong kinds of people who simply do not have the skill. Salaries and compensation is peanuts. The main work force are given laughable increments. If you want to kill your middle career in ter ms of monetary benefits this is the place. You can see how cheap the company is during festivals like Christmas and Diwali. (During my time at the company, on Diwali there was no bonus which is completely fine but what was given was shameful, a cheap set of first copy wallets as a gift and during Christmas , they dressed up an office boy as Santa Claus who gave us 50 paisa candies.. yes 50 paise… and a portion of a cake, if you took more than one piece of the cake, the helper staff would tell you to not take one as its limited…seriously, even sweets are rationed ) Dear Systra, please don’t shame yourselves like this by displaying such hideous and disrespectful behaviour .. simply wish us during festivals and give us nothing. There is rampant favouritsm and nepotism in the workplace. Your<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">s skills and abilities do not matter. Howe</mark>ver if some higher management knows you directly, expect great salary hikes and promotions. The worst and funny part is, they don’t even try to hide it. Your college degree matters. Top colleges are given priorities and good salary packages even if the employees of that college don’t know anything in the field or have zero software experience. The ones who do, they don’t even bother. This favouritism is felt since the beginning of your career. The HR that takes your interview is disgusting and is uncultured. He’ll decide how much amount of respect he wants to give you during the interview only. During my interview he chewed Paan Masala throughout the interaction.
