During my time at Systellar Technology, I encountered several challenges that significantly impacted my experience. The frequent delays in salary payments created financial uncertainty and lowered employee morals. Additionally, the unprofessional behavior of the HR department, particularly Vandana, often made interactions uncomfortable. The unpredictable and unfair hiring and firing practices further added to job insecurity, making it difficult to build trust within the organization. Lastly instances of inappropriate behavior by the CEO, especially when under the influence of alcohol, affected the professionalism and overall workplace environment.
