No ethics, unprofessionalism, no HR policies, no system & process, owners speaks foul languages, only talks about primary sales & collection, no claim reimbursement, midnight calling, no values for employees in front of stockists, bypass state leadership to decide any price support, senior management never visits market, after salesservice is pathetic, politics & internal gossips, all senior leaders are collection managers, never discuss about business development.
