Syska LED is good company for me I am happy to work with my manager (Vijay jha) he is very Supportive for me. I am easily conve with customer for this brand to sales.

Dislikes

1st I have to say that there I have notice that here is biggest communication gap between upper level market management. He never visited to see what's problem getting b/w retailers & executives. 2nd think I saw here product replacement problem I have face this think ever time & I lost my business for this think. I am very disappointed with syska for this. 3rd I think u have to change ur policy for Distrubutor for grace period....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
