There is no SOP and proper culture in business . If you are working in a corporate dont go , you cant even imagine and tolerate their culture, if you have take more than two leaves in a month due to illness or personnel emergency , your salary will get deducted ( irrespective of your position exe or state head ), salary wont come on time , you wont get your travel claim etc ... ... if you are working as a local distribution point staff in grade 4 try your luck....Read More

It is a unprofessional management. Basically a lala company... even National Sales head dont have power to take any any decision. All india Sales head Even cant give a 100 rs discount, beyond the limit allowed by Seth ji

Empowerment to sales team to appoint any stockist, dealer or distributor, team member.

No ethics, unprofessionalism, no HR policies, no system & process, owners speaks foul languages, only talks about primary sales & collection, no claim reimbursement, midnight calling, no values for employees in front of stockists, bypass state leadership to decide any price support, senior management never visits market, after salesservice is pathetic, politics & internal gossips, all senior leaders are collection managers, never discuss about business development.
