They have not support for employees, we work on this covid-19 but they not pay for us ... they cheated us and they will not have the ability to run a company

I dont recommend this company for anyone, because in this company your growth is 5% and your work will be 80% and your earning will be 10% and your skill growth will be 5% ... totally the profit is to company only ... you will not get any thing... after relieving u will be having pending dues in this company. Without pending dues noone has relieved, totally waste. I have worked hard for this company but i have now 6 month salary pending and 28000 allowances pending they are not ready to give amount in my hardess situation ever. Totally fraud company....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
