Good learning environment but has got disadvantages associated with that.

Dislikes

1. Poor Management 2. Less workforce which leads to heavy workload on an individual 3. DH is more interested in personal affairs of an employee 4. Contract workers (NEEM trainees) are not treated at par with the permanent employees 5. No proper policies in place 6. Poor decision making within the department 7. Fully exhausted and frustrated. Could not able to concentrate on personal life as the work load was so much that used to work after work hours and also on weekends.
