Good learning environment but has got disadvantages associated with that.

Dislikes

1. Poor Management 2. Less workforce which leads to heavy workload on an individual 3. DH is more interested in personal affairs of an employee 4. Contract workers (NEEM trainees) are not treated at par with the permanent employees 5. No proper policies in place 6. Poor decision making within the department 7. No job security 8. Low salary compared to the quantum of the work

Work Details

Fully exhausted and frustrated. Could not able to concentrate on personal life as the work load was so much that used to work after work hours and also on weekends.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
