As a 3rd party employee it was worst experience. No promotion, no work life balance. We have to work for 8:30- 5 pm...for that need to travel for 3 hrs...need to work for 6 day's in week. I don't know about actual Syngenta treatment for 3rd party employee but Aurangabad site management treat 3rd party employee as a skilled labour also they introduced as a skilled labour. Okay if you want to be stagnent and only beaurocracy. New skills development and chances are extremly low. Only join for avg salary per industry standards and work life balance. After some years no upskills or opportunties and you will be forced out, or become unfit for indutry. I tried upskills but no one would allow me diff project or teams even after being in 1 team for 5 years. leaving you no hands on new skills . ultimately rotting. Worst culture, dirty office politics , no job security, leadership team doesn't have the skills then how can we expect from them, foolish manager, no freedom, many times I was insulted by skin colour, dressing style they will see only what brands we are wearing not our talent, skills excellent company but worst team ever I seen in Industry
