Personally nothing. I joined keeping in mind there will be equal opportunity for career growth. I don't see any. Very bad team lead.

1. Very disappointing team lead. 2. He will not going to give you opportunities for your career growth and skill set. And hilarious thing will tell this up-frontly. 3. There no any equal opportunity work culture here. 4. No exposure for skills sets.

As Captive company Syngenta is very good in terms of HR policies and company products in the market, But in Finance sub process Accounts payable the management is not at all good, they behave wrist then Service provides companies like BPO's and more over Manager don't know the accounts payable activites as he is from other background. Managers treats employees as machines not as human beings.. They work take the inputs of the employees for the improvement to the work and not time for the other learnings with in the projects.. You will be stuck in position you join in .IJP is a myth. People are already decided before the IJP opening based on setting . Skill development & fair opportunities are also not much promoted. Lot of politics at management level. Incompetent Recruitment team- Prefer people not from referral or IJP.

Okay if you want to be stagnent and only beaurocracy. New skills development and chances are extremly low. Only join for avg salary per industry standards and work life balance. After some years no upskills or opportunties and you will be forced out, or become unfit for indutry. I tried upskills but no one would allow me diff project or teams even after being in 1 team for 5 years. leaving you no hands on new skills . ultimately rotting.
