Job security, higher and fire , offer letter would be shared after joining ,then only you come to knw the conditions ,till then only email conversation. Higher on contractual only, limited projects and they are short term.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
