I have been working with Synergy Resource Solutions for almost 3 years now and my experience of working with this company has been the best in my entire career of 17 years. The culture is people oriented which focuses foremost on their growth and learning. Everybody is given the same respect irrespective of their seniority in the company. There have been unlimited growth opportunities for every team member and the company's focus has always been in hiring people having a learning attitude. Fun and Work are given equal importance here.
