Likes

Company is open to innovate. Having good repo in industry for high end building construction projects. I like the culture of the company and their policy to re-share their ex-employees. Recognizing good acts and appreciating the efforts.

Dislikes

There shall be more focus on personal growth by increasing onsite and offsite trainings, curricular activities and sharing of responsibilities in delivering the requisites.
