Flat organization structure, ample leaves, some good managers to work with.

List is quite long, but the major ones are 1. Stagnant org structure- no growth plan or opportunity for senior managers. 2. Poor compensation structure and no incentives, rewards or benefits. 3. Delayed disbursement of salary every month. 4. Most cost heads are under-qualified, incompetent and poor people managers. They are loyal company made people who'll not fit anywhere outside. They are rude and lack courtesy with senior peers. 5.Operations are unstructured and adhoc. HO and RO feels like different companies. Top management is only interested in EBIDTA and not creating value. 6. Job security is low due to random transfers without proper compensation or benefits. 7. Salary hike is negative for certain high cost employees. Random variable pay is introduced deducting a part of the fixed pay, which is appalling. 8. There's no structured HR practices towards competency mapping, increments, organizational restructuring. In fact HR has minimal role is any organizational decision making. 9.Prolonged working hours resulting poor work life balance and employee dissatisfaction. 10. No stress relieving effort from the management like off-sites, outstation trips or team building exercises. 11. No structured training or L&D programs at any levels. Some training module was started but stopped soon after couple of years after few key people quit the organization. 12. Sub-standard infrastructure and facilities at RO and site offices. Some are unsuitable for female employees. 13. No investment on technology or useful IT infra. Asite is useless. 14. Poor travel policies and delayed reimbursement process. Travel and stay arrangement are not commensurate with the stature of the senior employees. 15. No effort on knowledge management or building central database. 16. Most employees are overworked and underpaid. Senior employees role doesn't match their experience and capability. Top management is oblivious to any restructuring as loyal employees have secured key positions and made the org stagnant.
