The companys head is a great visionary and his vision has only made this company growth from scratch to the one of the largest ship management company

Manning side is not very good.The promotion get delayed even for the deserved people.On board work environment is also not so pleasant.It feels that the core value has gone down with many superintendent and other top people from different companies merged in to synergy .Salary hike is not so great crew welfare has gone way down.Internet facility on board is pathetic and very less data
