Parity in salaries is a strong motivator for some but doesn't justify the merit based increase. Most of the evaluations are based to generally align a common bell-curve which is positive during a learn year but not everytime.

This company will make you cry your eyes out. Management is pathetic. People have left without jobs due to their toxicity. Worst company for women, severe targetting takes place.
