The company has all the latest technologies when it comes to work. There is very good work life balance. Flexible working hours and when needed work from home facility. Salary hike is very good and no one can be dissatisfied on that. Promotions are good once every 1.5 to 2 years. Team mates and managers are cooperative. Travel abroad for project meetings is only for project data managers based on project. Job security is good as they are expanding in India....Read More

Dislikes

Sometimes i have stretch working hours on a day to 12 plus. Managers dont look into hard working individuals. Little bit of politics when it comes to promotion to PDM role and above. Manager favoritism. But overall nothing major to dislike in this company.

At my role work is chalenging as I need to handle a study team but that is the part I enjoy the most. Hope some day I may be recognized for my efforts.

It is one of the best CRO's to work with , we have complete flexibility with work hours , managers do not micromanage rather they believe you based on your quality of work , the co-peers also very friendly. You get learn alot of work and the in-depth knowledge of CDM. I would love to be part of syneos if given an opportunity in future.

The only disappointment is I had to leave syneos as I moved to Canada and as there is already a branch of syneos in Canada, I requested for internal transfer however that was not possible due to HR policies.
