Got rejected in interview but received call for another round?

Hi all, recently i have gievn an interview which has 2 round and after completing the seconfd round, the hr said they will inform me about the result. after 15 days they told me that my profile is not shortlisted and again after 10 days they called me and asked me to give another round. what should i do?
